The [nlcf] technical team is proud to announce that we’ve joined the podcast communication revolution. Gizmo has stayed up long nights waiting for us to get with the program and you know how cranky he gets after midnight.
What is a podcast?
A Podcast enables you to automatically receive a regularly updated audio file to your computer. It’s a no-brainer way to get the Sunday talks from [nlcf] onto your iPod.
If you’re one of the three college students who doesn’t have an iPod or understand Podcasting, let me explain further. An iPod is a walkman for the 21st century; a portable 8-track player, if you will; a skip-proof phonograph, perhaps. The iPod plugs into a computer and you load songs onto it using software called iTunes, and although it is made by Apple computers, you can use it with great ease on a PC and a Mac (download iTunes here).
