Come join us in Blacksburg, Virginia for a gathering of pastors, staff, and more of churches in the Mid-Atlantic region of the Ecclesia Network. We’re excited for all that’s to come, and we hope you’ll join us.
Are you feeling lonely, disconnected, or weary in ministry? Or maybe you’re looking for some new ideas as you navigate these challenging times? We are hosting this regional gathering for church leaders to come together to regroup, reset, and focus on what it takes to be resilient and faithful in ministry over the long haul.
When and where? This gathering will be hosted at NLCF in Southwest Virginia. It will take place Tuesday afternoon, March 21st, and end early afternoon Wednesday, March 22nd.
What? Our time will include a balance of main sessions, breakout conversations, and ministry-focused discussions. We are excited that we will be joined by _______________ author, past
will be speaking about soul care during the main sessions. Other local leaders will facilitate important conversations.
Who? This gathering was originally designed for churches and staffs that are part of the Ecclesia Network. But it is not only for pastors. We sincerely hope other staff members, part-time and full-time, will be able to attend. Key lay leaders, like elders, are invited as well.
Cost? We know times are tough. Especially for those who are traveling from out of town and will need to pay for transportation and lodging. So, we have tried to keep costs as low as possible:

Housing & Transportation If you are outside of Southwest VA, the closest airport is Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA). It’s about a 45 min drive from the airport to Blacksburg. There are many hotel options to choose from, and there will also be a limited number of rooms available in the homes with local NLCF church leadership to stay in. First come first served!
