Welcome, Parents!
Thank you for entrusting your student to us. College is a season of incredible growth and change, and we count it a privilege to walk alongside students as they encounter Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and discover God's purposes for their lives. Whether your student has attended a Sunday gathering, joined Tuesday or Wednesday Fam, served on a team, or simply found a place to belong, we are so grateful to be a part of their story.
As parents, you'll always play an important role in your student's life. We hope this page helps you stay connected and provides a few ways we can partner together!
Stay Connected
Want a glimpse into your student's world?
One of the easiest ways to stay connected is by following us on Facebook and Instagram. Throughout the year, we share photos, stories, upcoming events, and snapshots of what God is doing in the lives of students. It might even help fill in the gaps when your student responds to, "How was your week?" with "Good."
We'd also love to get to know your student a little better.
Through our "Tell Us About Your Student" form, you can share things like:
- Their birthday
- Favorite coffee order or snack
- Prayer requests
- Anything else you'd love us to know
Help Us Care for Your Student
Birthdays, sickness, stressful weeks, and homesickness are all part of the college experience. If your student is going through a difficult season—or if you'd like help celebrating something special—we'd love to come alongside you!!
Whether it's a birthday surprise, a note of encouragement, prayer, or simply checking in, our team is honored to help care for students when family can't always be nearby.
We can't promise homemade chicken soup or mom-level laundry skills, but we can promise that your student is deeply loved and that we'd be glad to help however we can. Email info@nlcf.net and let us know how we can help!
Join the Story
Since 1989, parents, alumni, and friends have played an important role in helping this ministry flourish.
Because most college students are not yet in a season of significant financial resources, the generosity of parents and alumni helps create spaces where students can encounter Jesus, experience authentic community, and discover God's call on their lives. Every Sunday gathering, small group, retreat, mission trip, and everyday conversation is made possible through the faithful support of people who believe in investing in the next generation.
Whether through a monthly gift or a one-time contribution, thank you for partnering with us in what God is doing on campus and around the world through students.
