Steve has been on staff since 2004. He attended nearby Radford University and has a bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in English.
Steve serves in a variety of ways at NLCF. He is a Community Gatherings (Sunday service) leader, oversees small groups, plays in a worship band, meets with many guys about working though life situations, oversees the annual missions trip to Honduras, and many more random tasks.
In their spare time, Steve and his wife Amy love hanging out with people over food, games, or whatever. They really enjoy the outdoors and both hunt and fish (Steve loves that about Amy). Personality-wise, they are completely opposite (Steve is a relaxed and laid-back kind of guy while Amy loves to cut-up and have a good time), though they love how they balance each other out.
God has been way too real in both of their lives to ever deny His existence or love and they really desire for others to know the reality and love of God in their own lives as well.
