Favorite place to eat in Blacksburg? I find it hard to beat 5 Guys for a good burger and fries.

Favorite thing about NLCF? I love the community at NLCF. Everyone was so inclusive and friendly when I first started coming.

Some of the best advice you’ve gotten? The best advice I’ve ever gotten is “Nothing worth having comes easily.” This is so applicable in my life because there are many things that I want that are hard work to achieve, but it is worth the effort.

Favorite Scripture? Isaiah 40:30 “but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” God has brought me through many trials when I thought I could not continue.

Dream job? My dream job would either be a Refining Engineer with a big oil company, or a scuba diving instructor in the Caribbean.

Favorite cereal? I’m a Frosted Flakes kind of guy.

Someone you admire? I really admire my dad. I want to be able to provide for my family like he does for ours and I want to love my family like he loves us.

Something you’re involved with that is important to you? I worked with the food pantry 209 Manna Ministries last year and It was really meaningful work for me. I’d like to get back to volunteering regularly.
